Colour Palatte Research

 I want to have a more natural environment colouring but I am definitely open to adding in bolder colours if I feel it benefits the animation more. My character is a warm blue so I want to make sure that the environment coluring compliments his.

 This is an example of environment I used before. I really like the colours together and I think they could tie in nicely with my character. I especially love the greeny yellows as the background fades out.

This is a photo example of environment I'm interested in. These colours are very rich and blend in nicely with my character's texture and colouring. I'd want to avoid having my character against this blue sky as it is too similar.

I am leaning towards the last colour palate because it is brighter and bolder. This colour palate also relates more to the fun more playful side of my story.
